Values & Commitment
We are dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming, and inclusive experience for everyone. Built on the spirit of the agile community, our event is guided by three core values:

- Reciprocity & Generosity: We strive to approach all interactions generatively and with an open-mind - while holding safety and respect for ourselves and others.
- Community: We gather with a shared purpose to learn from and support each other - building relationships that strengthen our collective resilience through challenging times.
As such, we do not tolerate harassment or disrespectful behavior in any form.
