2019

The last edition mixed a full conference room, sponsor energy, and the familiar registration-table ritual at the Shaw Centre.

2018

A year with strong room energy, a visible volunteer crew, and the kind of after-event gathering that made the conference feel local.

2016 had the range: a packed main room, hands-on workshops, coaching conversations, and one very Ottawa cameo.

GOAT'19 — The Last Edition

Our final conference was also one of the most memorable. For the first time, GOAT designed a custom volunteer t-shirt and a dedicated event logo — a small but proud milestone for the team.

A community that wore its heart on its sleeve

The purple volunteer t-shirts became a symbol of the dedication behind every GOAT event — the organizers, helpers, and community members who showed up year after year to make it happen for free.

Though the conferences paused after 2019, the community never stopped. The Agile Ottawa meetup group has kept gathering continuously since 2009.
